Tuesday’s Weight, Measurements and Feelings

Today is day two of my fast…..

I lost 2lbs! God I am so happy!

Doing really well, no hunger.

I know my goal weight is low, but once I get to my goal weight my next goal will be to gain 2 stones in muscle.  I just find it easier to lose all the body fat first before putting on muscle, I don’t like the chunky look on a girl and that’s the way I would end up if I gained muscle without losing the body fat first.

It’s my own fault I should never have let myself get so big and fat, and so untoned,  but I have so now I need to do something about it.

Weight: 8stones 4lbs
BMI: 22
Bust: 34
Waist: 26.5
Belly Button: 32
Hips: 35.5
Arms: 9.5
Thighs: 20.5

It is so nice to see the numbers on the scale go down and the same for my measurements the numbers are going down !

 

Monday’s Weight, Measurements and Feelings

I feel very positive about my fast today.
I am planning on doing this fast for 14 days….. I am doing the lemonade diet AKA The Master Cleanse Diet, but I am allowing other liquids just incase I get fed up with the lemonade drink.

Okay here goes my weight and measurements for today.

Weight: 8stones 6lbs
BMI: 22.5
Bust: 34
Waist: 28
Belly Button: 33
Hips: 36.5
Arms: 9.5
Thighs: 21

God I can not belive how fat I am….. How could I have let myself get this big?
I am so determined now to stay on this fast for the full 14 days and lose as much weight as possible.

I have had only two cups of coffee today and nothing else….. Maybe I should start drinking some water. I am not taking any lemonade drink unless I am hungry.

Has anyone been on this diet?

Lemonade Drink
Coffee
Green Tea
Diet Coke

Every morning weigh myself.
Every morning after weighing myself take measurements.
Exercise as much as possible.
Record weight, measurements and feelings on blog.
